Semantic Content Analytics (SCA) is a web application which analysis unstructured data semantically for a business use case.
I implemented SCA for my former employer ontoprise
as demonstration of the semantic information integration capability of OntoBroker
for which I have been a core developer for over four years.
It uses UIMA
(initiated by IBM)
as natural language processing (NLP) framework which has been standardized by OASIS.
The concrete NLP analysis engine for SCA was implemented by IBM Ireland.
SCA has been presented by ontoprise and IBM on CeBIT 2010. Here is a video created by ontoprise (a colleague of mine is talking).
